CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation Requests

At WEPCSOL, we process orders quickly to ensure rapid fulfillment and delivery. If you need to cancel an order after submission, please contact us immediately at contact@wepcsol.com or call +1 (813) 687-8163.

2. Cancellation Windows

• Before Processing & Dispatch: Cancellation requests submitted before the warehouse initiates order fulfillment or generates a tracking number will be processed with a 100% full refund.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, it cannot be canceled in transit. You may choose to refuse delivery or follow our Return Policy upon receipt.

3. Cancellation Fees & Refunds

Cancellations completed prior to shipment incur zero penalty or handling fees. Refunds for approved cancellations are issued back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Cancellations Initiated by WEPCSOL

WEPCSOL reserves the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors, unverified billing details, suspected unauthorized reseller activity, or complete stock unavailability. Customers will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
