RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-Day Standard Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. WEPCSOL offers a 30-day return window starting from the date your package is delivered to your designated shipping address.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a valid return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The printer or hardware must be in its original, unused condition with all seals intact.
• Must include all original manufacturer packaging, user manuals, power cables, and bundled accessories.
• Items showing physical damage, missing serial numbers, or opened ink/toner cartridges are not eligible for standard return.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an authorized RMA number will be rejected at our receiving warehouse.

To initiate an RMA request, please email contact@wepcsol.com with your original order number and reason for return.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly back to your original payment card within 5 to 7 business days.
