All printer hardware orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays). Once payment verification is complete, your order is dispatched from our regional distribution hubs.
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on parcel weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Standard Ground Shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States.
Upon order dispatch, an automated tracking confirmation email containing your courier tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking links to update.
Large-format printers and commercial high-capacity plotters may require specialized freight pallet transport with liftgate delivery assistance. Our logistics team will coordinate with you regarding dock or curbside delivery arrangements.
